Magistrates courtroom
This week, we were visited by St Albans Magistrates and it was a very insightful visit where she spoke about what she does on a day-to-day basis in a small claims court. Magistrates deal with minor criminal offenses such as shop-lifting and sentences normally include fines, ankle tagging or short prison stays. After this, we held our own courtroom where Farah was accused of 'shop-lifting' and sadly the jury found her guilty and sentenced her to three months in prison! Poor Farah!
