10th December 2021

Another busy week has come to an end and we have definitely had plenty to keep us busy in Year 5. We have been busy finishing of assessments in preparation for our DT unit next week, which will be keeping us even busier in the run up to Christmas.

This week have took the opportunity to create even more mess in the classroom by doing another science experiment. We enjoyed dropping plastic eggs into flour and hot chocolate to create a crater. We have been studying what craters look like on the moon and exploring how they are formed, as part of our current science unit. The children fully embraced the experience within the lesson and they all completed some super written work to go along side it. Well done Year 5!!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend,

Miss Croucher
