Friday 24th September. A super fun learning week!

This week Year 3 have been learning lots about how to be a great historian. We became archaeologists and dug for evidence. We worked as historians and dug up artefacts from the Stone Age and from the non-written source of evidence we deducted information we could get just by observing the artefact. The children worked exceptionally hard and they made some great deductions.

In science this week, we made predictions before leading up to our plant experiment in which we will be setting up next week. We also used the computers in our computing session to research the female and male parts of a plant and created a poster from the information collected.

The children have been working really hard this week especially in Literacy. We have been planning a story which related to our book ‘And Tango makes three’. Watch this space next week for some pictures of their wonderful and creative stories.

Have a fabulous weekend all.
