9th December
This week we have been busy completing final pieces of work in many of our curriculum projects before the end of the half term which will allow us to be ready for D.T. week starting on the 12th.
One of the highlights of the week has been our P.E. lesson with Mr Wyatt. Due to the hall being in use, we had to go outside for our lesson. With the temperature at -3 degrees, we wrapped up warm. We started the lesson pretending we were driving in cars. We had to change gear to go faster and when we dropped the hoop on the floor, it meant we had parked. This was great fun but the best was yet to come. We were split into our four house teams and we had one person who acted as a Christmas tree. Our job was to pick up a piece of equipment and decorate them! This was a lot of fun and kept us warm on a very frosty winter’s morning.

I have sent your child home with the words for our Christmas concert song. Please help your child to learn them and sing it through when you can. Below is the song we are singing.
I look forward to seeing many of you at the Christmas fair. Have a great weekend.
