Design and Technology week!

This week Year 2 have been working super hard with investigating, designing and making their own fire engines based on our topic, the Great Fire of London. I must say the children have worked so hard this week with enthusiasm and determination to design and make the best fire engines ever. We looked at wheels and axles and made our own chassis (which was challenging but we all persevered). One of our objectives in our design criteria was to make sure that our fire engine moved and with our wonderful chassis, we all made moveable fire engines. Firefighters to the rescue!
